to have your Home Information Pack (HIP) delivered to you within 10
days from receipt of your order. Once your Home Information Pack (HIP)
is ordered you can presently market your property with confirmation
from Keighley Domestic Energy Assessors..
Once the
Home Information Pack (HIP) is complete, you can have it delivered
electronically; receive a printed hard copy or both.
Keighley Domestic Energy Assessors can also liaise with your chosen
estate agent or solicitor and deliver the Home Information Pack (HIP)
to them direct also supply the energy rating graph to be included in
the sales literature.

energy assessment and produce your property's Energy Performance
Certificate (EPC). The domestic energy assessment will be carried out
by our fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).

efficient methods mean we can complete the majority of Energy
Performance Certificates (EPC) 24 hours
after assessment. Keighley

Certificates (EPC) direct to you or selected party so it can be
included within your Home Information Pack (HIP).

Pre-assessments |

Why not have a Pre assessment inspection, you will
receive a report containing the present rating of your property and
the recommendations needed to be implemented to obtain a higher
rating, this will give you the opportunity to carry out the changes
before the assessment is done.
