Keighley Domestic Energy Assessments is a small independent business servicing the local community by providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Home Information Packs (HIPS)  to home sellers

From our central location in Keighley we cover towns including , Skipton, Colne, Silsden, Ilkely, Addingham, Otley, Haworth and Oakworth,

 

Home information Packs

We aim to have your Home Information Pack (HIP) delivered to you within 10 days from receipt of your order. Once your Home Information Pack (HIP) is ordered you can presently market your property with confirmation from Keighley Domestic Energy Assessors..

Once the Home Information Pack (HIP) is complete, you can have it delivered electronically; receive a printed hard copy or both. Keighley Domestic Energy Assessors can also liaise with your chosen estate agent or solicitor and deliver the Home Information Pack (HIP) to them direct also supply the energy rating graph to be included in the sales literature.

 

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

Keighley Domestic Energy Assessors  can carry out your domestic energy assessment and produce your property's Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The domestic energy assessment will be carried out by our fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).

Our efficient methods mean we can complete the majority of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) 24 hours after assessment. Keighley Domestic Energy Assessors will deliver your Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) direct to you or selected party so it can be included within your Home Information Pack (HIP).

 

DIY Home Information Packs
It is possible to compile your own Home information Pack (HIP) there is plenty of information available to help you, the only element you can’t do yourself is the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Keighley Domestic Energy Assessments can supply this for you.
 
Pre-assessments

Why not have a Pre assessment inspection, you will receive a report containing the present rating of your property and the recommendations needed to be implemented to obtain a higher rating, this will give you the opportunity to carry out the changes before the assessment is done.
